In 2011 Mike Eberl and Steve Dzikowich formed a company to purchase and renovate a derelict building in the heart of downtown Marshfield WI to serve as a home for Customodal, Inc.
The renovation of 426 S Central took almost a year and the transformation from circa 1920 auto parts warehouse to modern office space was amazing. Main Street Marshfield awarded the project “Best Downtown Renovation” in 2012.

The People have evolved. Steve sold out and it’s become a family enterprise involving Mike & Bridget along with their sons Isaac and Noah as partners. A family business providing homes for people and businesses….
